I loved this anthology. I thought, ok ....these will be novellas that I hope don't have any cliffhangers.
I was soooooo surprised. The stories were all inter related. They were sweet, love stories that fit together perfectly.
I had no idea how well each of the authors wrote. I now have several new authors to follow. Each of the stories was complete.
Each had a happy ending. Each was inter related. They rocked. I cannot say enough about this anthology. Thank you

Enjoyed reading this book, it has a great storyline. Can't wait for more from this author. I received a FREE copy to read voluntarily for an honest review.
At first I was not sure about a set of books by so many different authors featuring basically the same town and characters, but as I continued reading I realized these authors have worked very hard and very well together to create each individually different story based in the small college town of Somewhere, Texas. I enjoyed each and every one of the stories in this collection and look forward to future releases.
The stories are written by different authors but have similar feels except for the last two. I really enjoyed the first stories. The story about the "wolf inside" was a bit strange for me, but I loved it too. It went with the rest.. The last story was a big disappointment. It hinted about supernatural things but never really explained them. It would have been better to have been left out. The story was good enough alone. Reading a continuous saga that carries thru different authors was ok as long as it keeps going with the same characters.
This was a good look at how we may feel, broken jaded and don't want to risk heart brake for love....then again nothing risked and nothing gained. Smooth charming Joe was the loyal friend everyone knows n loves but the ladies he was a love them and leave them heart breaker, thinking " both adults were good with sex n no strings". However the Liberian called him out and slapped him silly...he was reevaluating his life. All over a bet or "😉 intervention" stop whoring around with girls ten years younger then you or friends are not helping you financially. Respectable Liberian would be the steady date...chosen because she said no n didn't cave to his charms...no one told him know....great book for someone that had heart break there is hope for your perfect match.
This is a great way to read stories by different authors, that brings a little something different to the mix about the characters life void of love, because they either never stop loving another, or was hurt by someone that they loved in Somewhere, TX.
The stories are well written and the romance is tender, sweet and meaningful, that you'll enjoy, and root for the characters, instead of cringing. Even the one story that is a Shifter story is really enjoyable, that you can't go wrong with this series of stories.
This is a book with five romantic stories all set in a little town in Texas. The story ideas are good and I like most of the characters, but some of writing could be better and it is not limited to any particular author. The first two stories are on the Double D ranch where DJ and her brother, Derrek, each find love. The third story is about Aiden, a firefighter who is accused of murdering his wife. His wife who is the sister of Marin, the girl he loves now. This splits the town’s court of public opinion and Marin begins to discover that her sister was not the girl she knew and, in fact, had a far elaborate extramarital romantic life. The forth story is paranormal romance where Luke has to save his mate, Kara, from a very hard time in her life and her cheating boyfriend. The fifth and final story is about a bet between Joe, a playboy obsessed with serially having flings with college girls, and his four friends. They force him to date a woman his own age for a month, in order to try to get him to grow up, so they will finance his repairs to his bar. Krista, the woman his own age, is a librarian. She agrees to the arrangement because she needs help to set up a fair that will raise money for local kids and Joe, with all his connections, can help her.
So, this was a compilation of 5 stories, all involving the same characters.
book 1 Rockstar I liked this one. Brent and DJ are the couple. He's from Somewhere, TX and is now a big country star and has come back to stay at his best friend's ranch to relax and write an album since he's had writer's block. He clashes with DJ, the little sister to his friend Derrick. I liked their banter and the progression of the romance.
book 2 Saddle UP is about the Brother (Derrick) from book 1 and his live-in nurse. It was pretty good.
Book 3 Fire Away Now this one is about Aiden Conley and Claire. It seems Aiden was married to her sister. Now this one, I didn't really read all of it. It got a little tiring with him being accused of murder and such. I will probably go back and read the whole thing so I can be clear on what happened, because book 4 seemed a little confusing with some things that were said about some of the characters...But I liked Aiden and Claire.
Book 4 Save a Mate This one I like a lot. Of course, It had werewolves so that is always a plus. Luke and Kara. I would have liked a full story on these people! Luke is driving along and hits Kara when she runs out in front of his truck. He does some magic and links them in a spell in order to save her life and the repercussions of that are the remainder of the story. Luke is awesome; a great hero.
Book 5 Sundays this one is about Joe and Krista. Rob is a man-whore. I mean, he's been in every story i think. He's the owner of the local bar and apparently is known for his one night stands. So, if he's having a new girl every weekend, that's 50 girls/year and i think it's been going on for 10 years or so. That fact alone was off-putting for me. So that was a little difficult for me to sympathize with. Although, this was the only book without a descriptive sex scene. Go figure! All in all, it was a good series, even though I got a little confused with the characters and who was whom.
