For some one who doesn't know the the basic card games this book was a little cumbersome. also there is no where near 101 games in this. it's more like 10 or 20 and then variations of those. None of which were the types of games I was looking for. I didn't like this book.

Bought for family vacation use.
I didn't read it myself, but the kids said they are enjoying it. and that is all I have to say about that.
Well written & informative. I like that it includes so many different games and encourages you to play your own version that there are just basic guidelines.
i used this in my classroom
In addition to games I played as a child, this book contains fun games I can teach the kids. We are having a blast learning the new games! The instructions are easy to follow and understand.
Well put together. Good selection with decent instructions. Would be a great gift for a family.
